These terms cover your use of yodersgrapple.com. They are not the terms of a hauling job — work we perform is governed by what we agree with you directly for that job.

Information here is not a quote

Service descriptions, capacities, coverage areas and turnaround times on this site are general information. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a guarantee of availability. A job exists once we have agreed it with you directly.

Availability and scheduling

Timing depends on weather, road conditions, disposal site hours and what else is already booked. We give you the most accurate window we can and we tell you promptly if it changes. Storm periods run on their own rules and capacity is committed first come, first served.

What we will not haul

We do not accept hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos or regulated abatement material, liquids, appliances containing refrigerant, household garbage, or concrete and clean fill. If prohibited material is found in a load, we may decline it on site. You are responsible for what you represent the material to be.

Site access is your responsibility

You are responsible for lawful access to the property, for having authority to have the material removed, and for telling us about hazards such as overhead lines, septic fields, irrigation, soft ground and underground utilities. We use reasonable care, but we are driving heavy equipment onto ground you have selected.

Your use of this website

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or submit false information through its forms. Text, layout and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

No warranty on site content

We keep this site accurate, but it is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability relating to hauling work is governed by the agreement for that work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Sarasota County, Florida have jurisdiction.
