Site prep generates more material than anything else we haul. We move it so your machines stay on production instead of shuttling piles.
Keep your iron doing what it is billed for
A mulcher or an excavator is expensive by the hour, and every hour of it spent moving debris to a burn pile or loading a trailer is an hour not spent clearing. Hauling is the cheapest part of the job to hand off, and the easiest to underestimate when you bid.
We come to the lot with a grapple and take the material away. Your crew clears ahead of us and does not stop.
What comes off a clearing job
- Stumps and root balls
- Whole small trees and cut sections
- Cleared brush, scrub and undergrowth
- Palmetto and heavy vegetation
- Fence-line and hedge-row material
- Windrows and staged burn piles that are not going to be burned
Root balls carry dirt and we expect that. What we cannot take is a load that is mostly soil, rock or fill — that needs a dump truck, not a grapple. If your material sits somewhere between the two, describe it on the phone and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right truck.
Working around a live clearing site
Staging
Tell us where you want the pile and we will work from it. If you would rather we take material straight off the machine, that works too when the sequencing allows.
Access
Soft ground, ruts and half-built entrances are ordinary on a clearing job. Tell us what we are driving into so we bring the right approach rather than discovering it with a stuck truck.
Multiple loads
Bigger lots run several trips. We can schedule them across a day or across a week to match how fast your crew clears.
Permits and disposal
Material goes to a permitted disposal or recycling site. Where your job needs disposal documented, ask and we will provide it.
